SILVERHENGE Overdrive

This is the reissue of our first model from the 800 series, the PAL800 JCM Emulator, known as "The Silver Version" that had exactly the same circuit of the JCM800 amp without modifications, replacing the vacuum tubes for very selected transistors carefully setup to perform the same way in each stage of pre-amplification. Thanks to the three-way toggle switch, I also add to this reissue some of my favorite mods in our 800 series.

JCM Setting: In this setup you will have the same circuit of our PAL800 JCM Emulator (Classic JCM800 tones).

#07 Setting: In this setup I add my favorite configuration of the Gain Voicing switch from our PAL800-V3 Gold Overdrive into the circuit, allowing you to get a modded tone & structure response in the gain section. This mod will depend of the Gain Knob position and it will be more radical at low gain settings.

MDR Setting: Lastly, in this setup we add more saturation into the circuit after the gain stage of the pedal in combination with the Mod #07 delivering a modern JCM800 sound.

As in all our “Marshall in a box” units, this pedal includes a "Master Tone" trim-pot inside the main circuit board that adjusts the final tone of the pedal to your liking and gear.
